摘  要:翼型是流体机械叶片的剖面形状,广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工,水下机器等领域,但在水力机械领域缺乏以水动力为基础的相关仿生翼型研究.以鲟鱼为研究对象进行仿生设计,提出了控制点局部加密的分段式非均匀B样条拟合方法,借助大涡模拟方法仿生翼型的升阻特性、绕翼速度分布等.结果显示,在保证仿生翼型拟合误差的前提下采用的控制点局部加密的方法可以大大减小控制点个数;曲线拟合误差越大会影响流体绕翼的速度分布发生变化,增大翼型尾缘近壁面附近不稳定漩涡区域,造成升阻比下降;将仿生翼型应用于喷泵时发现,与传统NACA0015翼型得到的叶轮相比,仿生翼型得到的叶轮在设计工况下泵扬程和效率更优;曲线拟合误差越大会造成泵效率下降.The hydrofoil,which was the fundamental section structure in the field of fluid machinery,was widely utilized in various sectors such as aerospace,petrochemical,and underwater machinery.However,there had been a scarcity of research on bionic hydrofoils based on hydrodynamics within the domain of hydraulic machinery.This paper took the sturgeon as the subject of study and conducted a bionic design inspired by it,proposed a piece-wise non-uniform B-spline fitting method that incorporated local control points.With the assistance of large eddy simulation methods,simulated the lift-drag characteristics of the hydrofoil and the velocity distribution around its wing.The results indicated that the local encryption method for control points,which was adopted while ensuring the fitting error of the bionic hydrofoil,could significantly reduce the number of control points required.It was observed that an increase in the curve fitting error led to changes in the fluid's velocity distribution around the hydrofoil.In turn,enlarged the unstable vortex area near the wall close to the trailing edge of the hydrofoil,causing a decrease in the lift-drag ratio.When the bionic hydrofoil was implemented in a jet pump,it was discovered that the impeller designed using this bionic hydrofoil outperformed the traditional NACA0015 hydrofoil in terms of pump lift and efficiency under the specified design conditions.Furthermore,when considering the curve fitting error,it was noted that a higher curve fitting error corresponded to lower pump efficiency.
