晚期肺癌患者代理决策者无法忍受不确定性现状及其对决策冲突的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期肺癌患者代理决策者无法忍受不确定性现状及其对决策冲突的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、简版无法忍受不确定性量表、决策冲突量表对233例晚期肺癌患者代理决策者进行调查。结果简版无法忍受不确定性量表总分为(32.20±5.74)分,决策冲突量表总分为(26.96±8.86)分,Pearson相关分析显示,无法忍受不确定性总分与决策冲突总分呈正相关(r=0.468,P<0.01),分层回归分析结果显示,无法忍受不确定性是晚期肺癌患者代理决策者决策冲突的重要预测因子,可独立解释决策冲突17.2%的变异。结论无法忍受不确定性是晚期肺癌患者代理决策者决策冲突的重要影响因素,无法忍受不确定性程度越高的患者其决策冲突水平越高。Objective To explore the intolerability of uncertainty by surrogate decision makers in advanced lung cancer patients and its influence on decision conflict.Methods A total of 233 surrogate decision makers of advanced lung cancer patients were investigated by general data questionnaire,simple intolerable uncertainty scale and decision conflict scale.Results The total score of the simple intolerability uncertainty scale was(32.20±5.74)points and the total score of the decision conflict scale was(26.96±8.86)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of intolerability uncertainty was positively correlated with the total score of decision conflict(r=0.468,P<0.01).Intolerance of uncertainty was an important predictor of decision conflict among surrogate decision-makers in advanced lung cancer patients,independently explaining 17.2%of the variance in decision conflict.Conclusion Intolerability of uncertainty is an important factor affecting the decision conflict of surrogate decision-makers in advanced lung cancer patients,and the higher the degree of intolerability of uncertainty,the higher the level of decision conflict.
