摘 要:目的 分析不同交联密度对五层共挤输液用膜性能的影响。方法 采用不同辐照条件,制得不同交联密度的五层共挤输液用膜样品,通过考察拉伸性能、热合性能、透光率、pH值等指标,分析不同交联密度对五层共挤输液用膜物理性能、化学性能、使用性能等方面的影响。结果 随着交联密度的增加,五层共挤输液用膜的力学性能、光学性能和热合性能均有一定程度的提升,当凝胶含量达到60%以上时,五层共挤输液用膜性能更为优异。结论 确定合适的辐照工艺对五层共挤输液用膜性能十分重要。Objective To analyze the influence of different crosslinking densities on the performance of 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion.Methods The 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion samples with different crosslinking densities were prepared using different irradiation conditions.By examining the tensile performance,thermal sealing performance,transmittance,pH value and other indicators,the effects of different crosslinking densities on the physical,chemical,and usage properties of the 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion were analyzed.Results The results show that the mechanical properties,optical properties and heat sealing properties of the 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion membrane are improved to a certain extent with the increase of the crosslinking density.When the gel content reaches more than 60%,the performance of the 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion membrane is more excellent.Conclusion It is important to choose the appropriate irradiation process for the properties of 5-layer co-extrusion film for infusion membrane.
