摘　　要：圆度、圆柱度仪广泛应用于各类精密加工件的圆度、圆柱度测量。为使测量结果更加准确可靠,本文从外部使用环境、气源气压、仪器调平调心、自标定、滤波设置等方面,分析可能引起其测量结果不准确的原因,并结合自身使用情况,提出几点参考建议。Roundness,cylindricity meter is widely used in all kinds of precision workpiece roundness,cylindricity measurement.In order to make the measurement results more accurate and reliable,this paper analyzes the reasons that may cause the inaccurate measurement results of the roundness and cylindricity meter from the aspects of external use environment,air pressure,instrument leveling and aligning,self-calibration,filter setting,etc.,and puts forward some reference suggestions combined with their own use.
