摘  要:目前各种现场总线,例如CAN、485、PROFIBUS、HART等,配合PLC/DCS组网广泛应用在各种仪表设备中。此类总线面向整体系统的冗余方案不全,其拓扑受到较大限制,通信可靠性受到较大制约。因此,设计一种更优异的高速现场总线网络,做到高实时性与高可靠性的统一,对于现场总线系统的发展有十分重要的意义。为适应油气管道信息化发展,本文在油气输送管道现场工业数据采集控制系统中,结合PHB总线独有的拓扑优势和实现方法,提出了面向整体系统的冗余设计方案。本方案既能最大化地发挥PHB高速总线的通信性能,又能提升整体系统的冗余能力,实现在总线为基础的整体系统上对国外总线产品的完美替代,有极大的经济效益和战略优势。At present,various field buses,such as CAN/485/PROFIBUS/HART,are widely used in various instruments and equipment,and cooperate with PLC/DCS networking.The redundancy scheme of this kind of bus for the whole system is incomplete,its topology is greatly limited,and the communication reliability is greatly restricted.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of the field bus system to design a more excellent high-speed field bus network to achieve the unity of high real-time and high reliability.With the development of oil and gas pipeline informatization,this paper proposes a redundancy design scheme for the overall system in the field industrial data acquisition and control system of oil and gas transmission pipeline,combining the unique topological advantages and implementation methods of PHB bus.The scheme proposed in this paper can maximize the communication performance of PHB high-speed bus,and improve the redundancy capability of the overall system,It has great economic benefits and strategic advantages to realize the perfect replacement of foreign bus products on the bus based overall system.
