摘　　要：基于“双循环”新发展格局,分析了高校科研成果转化的发展历程与现状,从理论逻辑层面和实践需求层面分别阐述了高校科技期刊助力科研成果创新转化的意义。从加强编辑“前端”服务意识、培养编辑跨界思维能力、提升编辑科研能力、建设“优秀作者群”数据平台、打造高校科技期刊特色栏目、联动数字化出版多媒体矩阵等六个方面提出了高校科技期刊助力科研成果转化的对策。认为高校科技期刊应在科技创新中发挥自身的优势,深度服务科技成果创新转化和地方经济社会发展,为国家和区域高质量发展作出贡献。Based on the new development pattern of“dual circulation”,the development process and current situation of the transformation of scientific research achievements in universities was analyzed,and the significance of scientific and technological journals in universities to help the innovation and transformation of scientific research achievements from the level of theoretical logic and practical needs was expounded.The countermeasures of university science and technology journals to help the transformation of scientific research achievements were put forward from six aspects:strengthening the“front-end”service awareness of editors,cultivating the cross-border thinking ability of editors,improving the scientific research ability of editors,building a data platform of“excellent author group”,creating special columns of university science and technology journals,and linking the multimedia matrix of digital publishing.It was believed that university scientific and technological journals should give full play to their own advantages in scientific and technological innovation,deeply serve the innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements and local economic and social development,and contribute to the high-quality development of the country and the region.
