摘　　要：唇腭裂患儿的治疗是多学科的序列治疗,其中婴幼儿的术前正畸治疗是序列治疗的非常重要和基础的内容,其治疗目的主要是为了减小手术难度和提高手术效果。近年来,随着人们对唇腭裂疾病的认知加深,以及新技术的引进,新型的术前矫治器和矫治理念,使得唇腭裂的术前矫正得到较好的结果。本文就唇腭裂患儿术前正畸治疗的最新进展做一综述。The treatment of children with cleft lip and palate is a multidisciplinary sequence of treatments,in which the preoperative orthodontic treatment of infants and children is a very important and basic element of the sequence of treatments,and the main purpose of the treatment is to reduce the difficulty of the surgery and to improve the surgical results.Preoperative correction of cleft lip and palate has improved recently due to the introduction of new technologies,preoperative orthodontic appliances,and orthodontic concepts,as well as the growing body of knowledge about cleft lip and palate diseases.This article provides a review of the latest advances in preoperative orthodontic treatment of children with cleft lip and palate.
