摘  要:我国的智能算力规模大、发展迅速,且是稳增长促转型的重要支撑。然而,智能算力高需求的区域恰好是我国电力供需紧张的区域,未来智能算力的进一步发展必将加剧我国的电力安全供应压力。统筹绿色电力与智能算力的一体化发展模式,科学引导绿色电力资源和智能算力资源的空间布局,将是实现资源配置“1+1>2”的重要举措。本文对“两力一体化”发展模式在资源配置效率、实施成本和低碳转型潜力等方面进行了评估,并提出推动“两力一体化”更好发展的相关政策建议。China's advancing scale of intelligent computing represents a critical underpinning to maintain the economic stability and drive transformative processes.However,regions with high demand for intelligent computing also face significant challenges in electricity supply and demand.The further development of intelligent computing is poised to exacerbate the strain on China's power security.The coordination of an integrated development pattern for green electricity and intelligent computing,along with the scientific guidance of the spatial distribution of green electricity and intelligent computing resources,emerges as a crucial initiative to realize the resource allocation where"1+1>2".This paper assesses the advantages of the integrated development pattern for green electricity and intelligent computing concerning resource allocation efficiency,implementation costs,and the potential for low-carbon transformation.Additionally,the paper presents policy recommendations to facilitate the integration of green electricity and intelligent computing.
