莫迪司诊断肝转移瘤的应用分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析Gd-BOPTA在环状强化型肝转移瘤诊断中的磁共振成像特点。方法分别选取经Gd-BOPTA诊断的14例、经Gd-DTPA诊断的12例肝转移瘤患者作为实验组及对照组。对2组诊断符合率及MRI强化表现进行对比分析。结果2组诊断符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组HBP病灶中央对比剂填充率为93%。2组间各期相病灶锐度评分无显著差异性(P>0.05),实验组内病灶锐度评分HBP与其他期相均有显著差异(P<0.05);2组间各期信号强度平均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Gd-BOPT能提高诊断符合率,但与Gd-DTPA无显著差异性。HBP瘤体中央对比剂填充的表现虽然比例较高,但尚不能作为诊断肝转移瘤的特异性征象。Objective To retrospectively analyze the magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of Gd-BOPTA in the diagnosis of ring-enhanced liver metastases.Methods 14 cases diagnosed as liver metastases by Gd-BOPTA and 12 cases diagnosed asliver metastases by Gd-DTPA were selected as experimental group and control group respectively.The diagnostic coincidence rate and MRI enhancement expression of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the experimental group,the contrast agent filling rate in the central area of the lesions in HBP was 93%.There was no significant difference in the sharpness score of the lesions in each phase between the two groups(P>0.05).The sharpness score of the lesions in the HBP of the experimental group was significantly different from that in other phases(P<0.05);There was statistically significant difference in the mean value of signal intensity at each stage between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Gd-BOPT can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate,but it has no significant difference with Gd-DTPA.Although the proportion of contrast agent filling in HBP tumor central region is high,it can not be used as a specific sign for the diagnosis of liver metastasis.
