摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子受体CCR7在不同类型肺癌组织中的表达。方法选取2019年6月-2023年6月在本院就诊的59例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化方法检测不同地区及不同病理类型肺癌组织中CCR7的表达。SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果免疫组化:肺癌组织中CCR7的表达明显高于正常肺组织;不同地区及病理类型肺癌组织中均表达CCR7,其中宣威及个旧地区肺癌组织中CCR7的表达较其他地区肺癌明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣威地区与个旧地区肺癌组织中CCR7的表达无明显差异;CCR7的表达与淋巴结转移有关,CCR7的表达与肺癌病理类型无关。结论CCR7在肺癌组织中是高表达,CCR7的表达存在地域差异,其表达与淋巴结转移有关,与肺癌病理类型无关。Objective To investigate the role of chemokine receptor CCR7 of different types lung cancer.Methods A total of 59 NSCLC patients treated in our hospital from 2019-2023were selected as the study subjects,and Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CCR7 in lung cancer tissues of different regions and pathological types.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results Immunohistochemical:The expression of CCR7 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues.there was the CCR7 expression in different regions and pathological types of lung cancer tissues.The CCR7 expression increased significantly in xuanwei and gejiu of lung cancer tissue than other areas of lung cancer tissue,Difference was statistically significant.The expression of CCR7 between Xuanwei and Gejiu region was no obvious difference.The expression of CCR7 was related to lymph node metastasis,which is not related to the pathological type of lung cancer.Conclusions CCR7 expression had regional differences,and its expression was related to lymph node metastasis,which is not related to the pathological type of lung cancer.
