血清α-共核蛋白与轻度急性缺血脑卒中患者脑微出血及严重程度的关系

摘  要:目的探究血清α-共核蛋白与轻度急性缺血脑卒中患者脑微出血及严重程度的关系。方法选取2021年4月至2022年8月濮阳市人民医院神经内科收治的102例轻度急性缺血脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据入院后头颅磁敏感加权成像检查将患者分为无脑微出血组37例和脑微出血组65例,同时脑微出血组根据脑微出血严重程度评分(NSL)将患者分为低危组22例、中危组22例及高危组21例。记录患者一般资料及血清α-共核蛋白水平,采用多因素logistic回归分析脑微出血的影响因素,Spearman相关性分析血清α-共核蛋白与脑微出血严重程度关系。结果脑微出血组年龄、高血压比率、糖尿病比率、长期饮酒史比率、既往脑卒中史比率、超敏C反应蛋白、血清α-共核蛋白高于无脑微出血组(P<0.05)。经logistic回归显示高血压、糖尿病、长期饮酒史、超敏C反应蛋白、血清α-共核蛋白是轻度急性缺血脑卒中患者脑微出血危险因素(P<0.05)。低危组血清α-共核蛋白低于中危组和高危组,且中危组血清α-共核蛋白低于高危组(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析显示血清α-共核蛋白与脑微出血严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论轻度急性缺血脑卒中并发脑微出血患者血清α-共核蛋白明显升高,是轻度急性缺血脑卒中患者发生脑微出血的危险因素,且与脑微出血严重程度呈正相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between serumα-conuclein and cerebral microhemorrhage and severity in patients with mild acute ischemic stroke.Methods Totally 102 patients with mild acute ischemic stroke ad⁃mitted to the neurology department of our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research sub⁃jects.Based on the magnetic sensitive weighted imaging of the head after admission,the patients were divided into a group of 37 patients without cerebral microbleeds and a group of 65 patients with cerebral microbleeds.At the same time,the cerebral microbleeds group was divided into a low-risk group of 22 patients,a medium risk group of 22 pa⁃tients,and a high-risk group of 21 patients based on the severity score(NSL)of cerebral microbleeds.Record patient general information and serumα-Cokaryotic protein levels were analyzed using multivariate logistic regression to identi⁃fy the influencing factors of cerebral microbleeds,and Spearman correlation analysis was performed on serum levelsα-The relationship between co nuclear protein and the severity of cerebral microbleeds.Results The age,hypertension,diabetes,long-term alcohol history,previous stroke,hypersensitivity C-reactive protein and serumα-concleitin were higher in the cerebral microhemorrhage group(P<0.05).logistic regression showed that hypertension,diabetes mellitus,long-term history of alcohol consumption,hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,and serumα-conuclein were risk factors for cerebral microhemorrhage in patients with mild acute ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Serumα-conuclein in the low-risk group was lower than that in the intermediate-risk group and high-risk group,and serumα-conu⁃clein in the intermediate-risk group was lower than that in the high-risk group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation a⁃nalysis showed that serumα-conuclein was positively correlated with the severity of cerebral microhemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion Serumα-co-nuclein in patients with mild acute ischemic stroke complicated by cerebral microh
