摘  要:目的探究三氧化矿物凝聚体(MTA)与iRoot BP盖髓对龋源性露髓恒前磨牙X线根尖片下牙髓钙化表现的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年7月-2022年9月江西省于都县人民医院收治的龋源性露髓恒前磨牙患者60例分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用MTA盖髓治疗,观察组采用iRoot BP盖髓治疗。对比两组疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估]、牙髓钙化指数(PCI)及盖髓剂髓腔侧钙化桥指数(DBI)、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗1个月VAS评分较低(P<0.05);两组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月VAS评分对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。手术前后DBI、PCI发生率对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论MTA与iRoot BP其生物学性能基本相近,可有效治疗龋源性露髓,同时有效保护患者的恒前磨牙的根髓,但后者操作性能更佳,不易导致恒前磨牙发生变色,患者接受度更高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of mineral trioxide aggregates(MTA)and iRoot BP pulp capping on the manifestation of pulp calcification in carious exposed permanent premolars on X-ray apical films.Method A random number table method was used to divide 60 patients with carious pulp exposed permanent premolars admitted to Yudu County People's Hospital in Jiangxi Province from July 2020 to September 2022 into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received MTA pulp capping treatment,while the observation group received iRoot BP pulp capping treatment.Compare two groups of pain scores[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],pulp calcification index(PCI),and pulp capping agent pulp side calcification bridge index(DBI),as well as incidence of adverse reactions.Results The observation group had a lower VAS score after one month of treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of DBI,PCI before and after surgery were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion MTA and iRoot BP have similar biological properties and can effectively treat cariogenic pulp exposure while protecting the root pulp of permanent premolars.However,the latter has better operational performance and is less likely to cause discoloration of permanent premolars.The patient acceptance rate is higher,and it is worth promoting and applying.
