摘 要:目的探究乳腺癌淋巴结转移患者采用超声引导下粗针穿刺(US-CNB)免疫组化诊断的价值。方法选取盐城市第一人民医院收治的86例乳腺癌淋巴结转移患者(2020年2月-2023年8月)深入分析,依据随机数字表法分成两组,每组43例,对照组:超声引导下细针穿刺(US-FNAC)细胞学检测,观察组:采用US-CNB免疫组化检测,以病理学诊断为金标准,分析诊断效能。结果US-FNAC细胞学检测可对淋巴结相关区域进行检测,显示该区域中细胞核染色情况,快速确定癌细胞;US-CNB病理组织学检测能发现细胞核深度染色的癌细胞。两组灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别相差28.00%、44.44%、18.60%,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论在对乳腺癌疾病患者诊断时,US-CNB免疫组化诊断准确度较高,可清晰显示是否向淋巴结转移,对临床鉴别诊断具有较高价值,能为选择正确治疗方案提供可靠数据支持。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of immunohistochemistry(US-CNB)in patients with breast cancer lymph node metastasis.Methods 86 patients with breast cancer lymph node metastasis from February 2020 to August 2023 were selected for indepth analysis,grouped according to the random number table,43 patients in each group,control group:ultrasound-guided fine-needle puncture(US-FNAC),observation group:US-CNB,with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.Results US-FNAC cytology,lymph node related area showed nucleus staining in the area and quickly determined cancer cells;US-CNB pathological histology with deep cell nucleus staining.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two groups varied by 28.00%,44.44%and 18.60%,respectively,and were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast cancer patients,US-CNB is highly accurate,which can clearly show whether the transfer to lymph nodes,has high value for clinical differential diagnosis,and can provide reliable data support for choosing the correct treatment plan.
