血清FOXQ1、CEACAM19、CA72-4、CA15-3检测对宫颈癌患者的早期诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究宫颈癌早期诊断中应用糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)、糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)、叉头框蛋白Q1(FOXQ1)、癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子19(CEACAM19)的效果。方法以南华大学附属长沙中心医院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的90例宫颈癌患者为A组,以该院同期收治的90例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者为B组,另以同期在该院进行体检的90例健康女性为对照组,三组均采集血样检测相关血清学指标水平。结果A组CA72-4、CA15-3、FOXQ1、CEACAM19水平均高于B组与对照组,且B组高于对照组(P<0.05);低中分化宫颈癌患者CA72-4、CA15-3、FOXQ1、CEACAM19水平高于高分化患者(P<0.05);CA72-4、CA15-3、FOXQ1、CEACAM19均为宫颈癌发生的危险因素(P<0.05);CA72-4、CA15-3、FOXQ1、CEACAM19联合检测受试者工作特征曲线下面积高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论FOXQ1、CEACAM19、CA72-4、CA15-3水平在宫颈癌患者中明显升高,其联合检测能够提高宫颈癌早期诊断效能。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of using carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4),carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3),forkhead box protein Q1(FOXQ1),and carcinoembryonic antigen associated cell adhesion molecule 19(CEACAM19)in early diagnosis of cervical cancer.Method 90 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as Group A,90 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)patients admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as Group B,and 90 healthy women who underwent physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood samples were collected from all three groups of patients to test the levels of relevant serological indicators.Result The levels of CA72-4,CA15-3,FOXQ1,and CEACAM19 in Group A were higher than those in Group B and the control group,and Group B was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CA72-4,CA15-3,FOXQ1,and CEACAM19 in low to moderately differentiated cervical cancer patients were higher than those in highly differentiated patients(P<0.05);CA72-4,CA15-3,FOXQ1,and CEACAM19 are all risk factors for the occurrence of cervical cancer(P<0.05);the combined detection of CA72-4,CA15-3,FOXQ1,and CEACAM19 showed a higher area under the working characteristic curve compared to individual detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of FOXQ1,CEACAM19,CA72-4,and CA15-3 are significantly elevated in cervical cancer patients,and their combined detection can improve the early diagnostic efficacy of cervical cancer.
