摘　　要：现代网络信息技术的迅速发展,推动社会进入互联互通的网络时代。网络环境对高校图书馆工作产生巨大冲击和影响,但亦为高校图书馆工作转型发展提供新契机。因此,基于网络环境下,应正确认知高校图书馆工作创新的现实意义,厘清网络环境对馆藏资源建设、服务内容、学生学习方式、管理人员的影响。在此基础上,通过以读者为核心,改变运营模式、完善基础设施,优化馆藏资源、调整岗位配置,提升专业素质、革新服务理念,提供个性服务等策略,推动高校图书馆创新发展。The rapid development of modern network information technology has propelled society into the era of interconnected networks.The network environment has had a huge impact and impact on the work of university libraries,but it also provides new opportunities for the transformation and development of university library work.Therefore,based on the network environment,it is necessary to corectly understand the practical significance of innovation in university library work,and clarify the impact of the network environment on the construction of library resources,service content,student learning methods,and management personnel.On this basis,strategies such as taking readers as the core and changing the operating mode,improving infrastructure and optimizing library resources,adjusting job allocation and improving professional quality,innovating service concepts and providing personalized services,etc.are promoted to promote the innovative development of university libraries.
