摘  要:以北京中医药大学舞蹈特色美育课程为例,在“医舞融合”理念下,以中国古代哲学思想为引领,充分挖掘舞蹈与中医在整体协调、形神兼备、阴阳并举、气韵贯通4个方面的相通之处,并以此为基础,通过理论研究、精心设计,开设具有中医药特色的国韵养生舞美育课程,使学生在培养健康形体美、塑造人格精神美和展现文化自信美的同时,促进学生对于相关中医思维的体悟,切实提升舞蹈美育课程的教学成效,并在继承与弘扬中国优秀传统文化的基础上,探索具有中医药特色的美育课程有效实施路径。Based on a case study of a dancing course at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and guided by the concept of medicine-dance integration as well as the ancient Chinese philosophy,we fully explored the common ground between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and dance in holistic harmony,cultivation of both physical and mental health,equal emphasis on yin and yang,and rhythmic breathing.Based on such common ground,we carried out theoretical study,and carefully designed an aesthetic education course with TCM characteristics Health Cultivation with Dance to Chinese Rhythm.Thanks to the course,students harvested not only graceful figure and good health,noble character and spirit,cultural self-confidence,but also better understanding of TCM ways of thinking and improved learning outcomes.Our research can provide reference for further exploration of effective routes of aesthetic education with TCM characteristics based on inheritance and development of fine TCM culture.
