空间视角下制造业企业柔性能力对抗风险能力的影响

摘　　要：在经济环境不确定的形势下,如何提升企业抗风险能力是所有企业都面临的重要问题。本文从空间视角出发,选取2010—2022年中国279家上市制造业企业作为样本,研究企业柔性能力对企业抗风险能力的影响。研究发现:制造业企业的柔性能力对抗风险能力存在正向显著影响,且存在明显的空间溢出效应;空间门槛模型检验结果表明,企业规模和企业年龄对柔性能力的影响存在显著的空间门槛效应;通过异质性检验发现,企业柔性能力对中西部地区制造业企业的抗风险能力作用最大,对东部地区制造业企业的抗风险能力作用相对较低。因此,制造业企业要重视企业柔性能力发展,同时加强企业间交流合作,以此增强企业抗风险能力。Under the uncertain economic environment,how to improve the ability of enterprises to resist risks is an important issue for all enterprises.From a spatial perspective,this paper selects 279 listed manufacturing enterprises in China from 2010 to 2022 as a sample to study the impact of enterprise flexibility on enterprise risk resistance.It is found that the flexibility of manufacturing enterprises has a positive and significant impact on the ability to resist risks,and there is an obvious spatial spillover effect;the results of the spatial threshold model test show that there is a significant spatial threshold effect on the impact of enterprise size and enterprise age on enterprise flexibility.Through the heterogeneity test,it is found that enterprises flexibility has the greatest effect on the risk resistance of manufacturing enterprises in central and western regions,and the effect on the risk resistance of manufacturing enterprises in eastern regions is relatively low.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises should attach importance to their flexibility development,and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between enterprises,so as to enhance the ability of enterprises to resist risks.
