摘　　要：随着城市建设水平的不断提高,企业发展规模不断扩大,逐渐增加人才需求量的同时,对人才素质提出了更高要求。文章以某企业集团现阶段的专业技术人才队伍建设现状为例进行研究,针对当前专业技术人才队伍建设中的不足之处,提出了广泛引进技术人才、提高人才利用率、创新人才培养模式、优化工作环境的建议,以期全面提高专业技术人才队伍质量,为企业发展提供优质人员保障。With the continuousim provement of the level of urban construction,enterprises continue to expand theirown scale of devel-opment,the demand for talents gradually increased,while the quality of talents put forward higher requirements.This paper takes the current situation of professional and technical personnel team construction as anexample to study.Facing the short comings of thecurrent professional and technical personnel team construction,itputs forward suggesti on sonintroducing technical personnel extensively,improving the utilization rate of talents,innovating the trainingmode of talents and optimizing the working environment,so as to comprehensively im-prove the qualityofpr of essional and technical personnel team,provide quality personnel guarantee for the development of enterprises.
