摘　　要：为解决黑木耳菌包培养架形式、大小、规格、尺寸不统一,与企业生产规模不匹配、后期运营成本过高等问题。该文介绍了黑木耳菌包培养架发展现状,并以牡丹江镜心湖菌业为例设计了一款经济适用、统一标准的黑木耳菌包培养架,以促进木耳菌包工厂标准化、规模化生产进程,为扩大木耳生产规模和全程机械化生产提供实践参考与技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of inconsistent form,volume,specification and size of the black fungus package culture rack,mismatch with the production scale of the enterprise,and high operating costs in the later stage.In this paper,the development status of the black fungus package culture rack was introduced,and an economical,applicable and unified standard black fungus package culture rack was designed by taking Mudanjiang Jingxinhu Fungi Industry as an example,so as to promote the standardization and large-scale production process of the fungus package factory,and provide practical reference and technical support for expanding the production scale of fungus and the whole process of mechanized production.
