摘　　要：针对深圳某区水质投诉常见问题,分析产生原因及应对措施,同时针对水质投诉和水质异常问题浅谈采取的准备工作及应对措施,为其它水司提供经验参考。In view of the common problems of water quality complaints in a district of Shenzhen,this paper analyzes the causes and corresponding measures,and at the same time,discusses the preparatory work and corresponding measures for water quality complaints and abnormal water quality problems,and provides experience reference for other water departments.
