精细化管理在现代企业运营中的实施路径探析

摘　　要：精细化管理主要是借助各种先进的技术手段实现精细化运营管理和成本管理理念的融合,进而衍生出一种全新的适合企业经营发展、降本增效的管理方式,即精细化运营管控。这种管控方式贯穿于企业全部业务环节,对管控业务流程,防范、识别和控制风险等具有一定作用。基于此,文章首先阐述了精细化相关管理理念;其次对现代企业精细化运营现状展开分析,侧重分析存在的不足,如运营理念与国际差距大、基础管理水平低、运营管理方式粗放、运营管理技术有待创新改进、风险及安全管理形势严峻、人员素质亟待提升等;最后提出了具体的精细化运营管理实施步骤,以供参照。Fine management is mainly the use of various advanced technical means to achieve fine operation management and cost management concept integration,and then derived a new suitable for enterprise business development,cost reduction and efficiency man-agement mode,that is,fine operation control.This management and control mode runs through all business links of enterprises,and plays a certain role in managing business processes,preventing,identifying and controlling risks.Based on this,this paper first describes the refined management concept,and then analyzes the current situation of modern enterprise refined operation,focusing on the shortcomings,such as the big gap between the operation concept and the international,the low level of basic management,the extensive operation man-agement mode,the operation management technology needs to be improved,the risk and safety management situation is severe,and the quality of personnel needs to be improved.Finally,the detailed implementation steps of fine operation management are put forward for ref-erence.
