摘 要:为了探究供应商参与、客户参与对企业数字化转型绩效的作用机理,文中基于206家制造企业的调研数据,对供应商参与、客户参与影响企业数字化能力,进而影响企业数字化绩效理论模型进行实证和检验。研究表明:供应商参与和客户参与均对企业数字化绩效具有正向促进作用,与供应商参与相比,客户参与对企业数字化转型的正向作用较大;供应商和客户参与均对企业数字化能力有显著正向影响,与客户参与相比,供应商参与对企业数字化能力影响作用较大,同时企业数字化能力对企业数字化绩效也具有正向关系;企业数字化能力在供应商参与和企业数字化绩效之间起完全中介作用,而在客户参与和企业数字化绩效之间起部分中介作用。研究结论对制造企业有效利用供应商、客户知识成功实施数字化转型具有重要的实践意义。The study aims to explore the mechanism of supplier involvement and customer involvement on the digital transformation performance of enterprises.Based on the data of 206 manufacturing enterprises,the theoretical model was empirically tested that supplier involvement and customer involvement affect the digital capability and even the digital performance of enterprises.The study shows that both supplier involvement and customer involvement have positive effects on the digital performance of enterprises,with customer involvement having a greater positive effect than supplier involvement and that both supplier and customer involvement have significant positive effects on the digital capabilities of enterprises,with supplier involvement having a greater effect than customer involvement.Enterprises’digital capabilities have a positive effect on enterprises’digital performance.The study finds that enterprises’digital capabilities play a complete mediating role between supplier involvement and enterprises’digital performance and a partial mediating role between customer involvement and enterprises’digital performance.The findings of the study have important practical implications for manufacturing companies to effectively utilize supplier and customer knowledge to successfully implement digital transformation.
