摘　　要：新媒体时代的到来改变了传统的信息传播方式,也深刻地影响了大学生们的网络话语表达习惯,给高校思想政治教育工作带来了极大的挑战。为了更好地适应新媒体的“微语言”话语环境和“去中心化”传播模式,提高话语传播力,高校网络思政教育工作需要主动调整话语角色关系,以实现积极的话语顺应,同时,还要对网络思想政治教育话语的文本符号、结构方式、语言模因进行调整和创新。The arrival of the new media era has changed the traditional way of information transmission,but also profoundly affected the expression habits of college students'network discourse,to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities has brought great challenges.In order to better adapt to the"micro-language"discourse environment and the"decentralized"communication mode of new media,and improve the effectiveness of discourse communication,the network ideological and political education in universities needs to actively adjust the role relationship of discourse to achieve positive discourse adaptation.At the same time,it also needs to adjust and innovate the text symbols,structural modes and language memes of the network ideological and political education discourse.
