摘  要:目的评估新型视功能检测平台与综合验光仪在隐斜视检查中的一致性。方法前瞻性自身对照研究。使用新型视功能检测平台与综合验光仪对受试者进行水平隐斜视检查。隐斜视类型采用配对卡方检验及Kappa检验评价其差异和一致性。隐斜视大小采用Bland-Altman检验分析差异,组内相关系数(ICC)计算两种方法的相关性。结果纳入127例受试者,男性46名,女性81名,年龄6~59岁。新型视功能检测平台使用Maddox rod法测得平均水平隐斜视棱镜度为看近-8.74^(△)±6.18^(△);看远0.15^(△)±4.80^(△);Von Graefe法看近-8.46^(△)±5.90^(△);看远0.74^(△)±4.39^(△)。综合验光仪使用Maddox rod法看近-7.79^(△)±6.02^(△);看远-0.32^(△)±4.58^(△);Von Graefe法看近-7.53^(△)±6.06^(△);看远-0.30^(△)±4.27^(△)。两种仪器测得隐斜视类型间差异无统计学意义,一致性较好(Kappa值均>0.6,P值均<0.001)。二者测得水平隐斜视大小一致性较好(Maddox rod法ICC_近=0.936,ICC_远=0.935,P<0.001;Von Graefe法ICC_近=0.837,ICC_远=0.885,P<0.001),不同年龄组间具有良好一致性(各组ICC均>0.75)。Maddox rod法二者总体平均差值为看近0.95^(△)±1.99^(△);看远-0.48^(△)±1.64^(△)。Von Graefe法总体平均差值为看近0.93^(△)±3.31^(△);看远-1.04^(△)±1.84^(△)。分别有94.49%(120/127)、95.28%(121/127)、96.85%(123/127)、97.64%(124/127)的点位于临床可接受一致性界限之内,两种仪器具有较好的一致性。结论新型视功能检测平台与综合验光仪在水平隐斜视检查中具有良好的一致性。前者因检查方便,对检查人员要求更低,结果直观,可在线存储等优势,在临床上或有更大的应用前景。Objective To assess the consistency between the new Inspection Platform of Visual Function(IPVF)and phoropter in measuring horizontal phoria.Methods Self-controlled prospective study.The subjects were examined using IPVF and phoropter for measuring horizontal phoria.The diference and consistency of phoria types were evaluated by MaNemar test and Kappa test.Bland-Altman consistency test was used to analyze the difference and distribution of the two methods,and the intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC)was used to calculate the correlation between the two methods.Results A total of 127 subjects were included,including 46 males and 81 females,aged 6~59 years.The average horizontal phoria measured by IPVF using the Maddox rod test is-8.74^(△)±6.18^(△)at near,0.15^(△)±4.80^(△)at distance,and-8.46^(△)±5.90^(△)at near,0.74^(△)±4.39^(△)at distance,using the Von Graefe test.The average horizontal phoria measured by phoropter using the Maddox rod test is-7.79^(△)±6.02^(△) at near,-0.32±4.58-at distance,-7.53^(△)±6.06^(△) at near,-0.30^(△)±4.27^(△)at distance,using the Von Graefe test.There was no significant difference between the types of phoria measured by the two instruments,the consistency is good(Kappa values are all>0.6,P values all<0.001)The results of horizontal phoria measured by the two instruments are consistent(Maddox rod test ICC_(near)=0.936,ICC_(far)=0.935,P<0.001;Von Graefe method ICC_(near)=0.837,ICC_(far)=0.885,P<0.001),they also have good consistency among different age groups(ICC of each group is>0.75).The overall average difference between them by Maddox rod test is 0.95^(△)±1.99^(△)at near,-0.48^(△)±1.64^(△) at distance Using Von Graefe test,the overall average dfference is 0.93^(△)±3.31^(△) at near,-1.04^(△)±1.84^(△) at distance.94.49%(120/127),95.28%(121/127),96.85%(123/127)and 97.64%(124/127)of the points are within the clinically acceptable consistency limits,and the two instruments have good consistency.Conclusion IPVF and phoropter have g
