摘　　要：3+2专本贯通培养模式顺应新时代教育发展要求,该模式下的道路与桥梁工程技术在教学过程中面临较多挑战,存在对口岗位多、学生基础和兴趣差异明显等问题,为了解决这些问题,笔者探索出了分层次教学的方法,以“桥涵设计”课程为例,系统地介绍分层次教学方法的设计思路及实践效果,可以较好地满足不同学生的需求并提高其学习效果。3+2 designed through training mode to the new era of education development,the mode of road and bridge engineering challenges in the teaching process,more counterpart jobs,students foundation and interest differences,in order to solve these problems,the author explores the hierarchical teaching method,to"bridge design"course,for example,systematically introduces the hierarchical teaching method design ideas and practice effect,can better meet the needs of different students and improve their learning effect.
