摘 要:临床流行病学是应用现代流行病学和统计学的理论和方法,指导临床科研工作,并利用可靠的研究成果对临床医学实践活动产生重要的循证价值。传统临床流行病学教学主要以讲授法为主,缺乏对学生实践能力的培养。在健康中国战略背景下,为满足社会对医学人才的需求,临床流行病学的教学应注重引导学生利用临床流行病学研究设计原理思考并解决临床实际问题,并培养医学生的“预防观念”。本文通过探讨更新教学内容、创新教学方法、优化评价模式,帮助学生建立学科整体思维,提升临床实践能力,对学生进行思想价值引领,为国家培养合格的医学人才。Clinical epidemiology is a course applying the theory and method of modern epidemiology and statistics,guiding clinical research work,and using reliable research results to generate important evidence-based value for clinical medical practice activities.Traditional clinical epidemiological teaching is mainly based on teaching methods,and lacks the cultivation of students'ability of practice.In the context of the healthy China strategy,in order to meet the needs of society for medical talents,the teaching of clinical epidemiology should focus on guiding students to use the research and design principles of clinical epidemiological to think of and solve practical clinical problems,and cultivating medical students'"concept of preventive".This article has discussed update of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods,and optimization of evaluation models to help students establish integrative thinking of this subject and enhance their clinical practical ability,and to cultivate qualified medical talents for our country.
