摘  要:目的分析新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间隔离场所医务人员抑郁、焦虑心理健康情况和工作满意度情况及其影响因素。方法选取2022年3-9月在广东省广州市入境隔离酒店、健康驿站等集中隔离场所工作的223名公立医疗机构医务人员为调查对象,作为闭环组;以同属公立医疗机构的455名未到过隔离场所的医务人员作为对照组。对两组进行问卷调查,调查一般情况;采用美国精神病学会出版《精神障碍诊断统计手册》抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)和广泛性焦虑障碍筛查量表(GAD-7)评估调查对象抑郁、焦虑状况;采用明尼苏达满意度短式量表(MSQ)调查问卷调查医务人员的工作满意度。采用多元logistics回归分析工作满意度影响因素。结果不同年龄闭环人员中重度及以上抑郁发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.736,P<0.05),不同年龄、职称的中重度焦虑发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为19.598、13.636,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,闭环组PHQ-9、GAD-7评分高(t值分别为3.887、5.919,P<0.05)。不同闭环工作时长PHQ-9评分差异有统计学意义(t=3.124,P<0.05)。不同职称闭环人员外在满意度、总体满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(F值分别为4.470、2.988,P<0.05)。内在满意度方面进入回归方程的因素有是否体现自身价值(t=-6.519,95%CI:-0.899~-0.484,P<0.05)进入回归方程,并具有负向预测作用;外在满意度和总体满意度方面是否体现自身价值(t=-4.45,95%CI:-0.895~-0.347,P<0.05)、收入是否达到预期(t=-3.539,95%CI:-0.846~-0.242,P<0.05)、职称(t=-3.323,95%CI:-0.316~-0.080,P<0.05)三个因素纳入回归方程,具有负向预测作用。结论新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间隔离场所医务人员存在抑郁、焦虑心理,且与闭环工作时长有关;是否体现自身价值、收入、职称是其工作满意度的影响因素。Objective To analyze the depression,anxiety,mental health and job satisfaction of medical staff in isolation places during COVID-19 as well as their influencing factors.Methods A total of 223 medical staff of public medical institutions who worked in centralized isolation sites such as inbound isolation hotels and health posts in Guangzhou city,Guangdong province,from March to September 2022 were selected as the survey respondents as a closed-loop group,and 455 medical staff who did not visit isolation sites in the same public medical institutions were selected as the control group.Questionnaires were administered to both groups,including general information;the screening scale for depression(PHQ-9)and the screening scale for generalized anxiety disorder(GAD-7)published by the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association were used to assess the depression and anxiety status of the respondents;and in the third part,the Minnesota Satisfaction Short-form Questionnaire(MSQ)questionnaire was used to investigate the job satisfaction of the medical staff.Multiple logistics regression was used to analyze the factors affecting job satisfaction.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of moderate-to-severe and above depression among closed-loop personnel of different ages(χ^(2)=8.736,P<0.05),and in the comparison of the incidence of moderate-to-severe anxiety among different ages and job titles(χ^(2)=19.598 and 13.636,P<0.05).PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores were higher in the closed-loop group compared to the control group(t=3.887 and 5.919,P<0.05).The difference in PHQ-9 scores between different closed-loop working hours was statistically significant(t=3.124,P<0.05).There were differences in external satisfaction and overall satisfaction scores among different professional titles(F=4.470 and 2.988,P<0.05).The factors that entered the regression equation for intrinsic satisfaction were whether or not they reflect their own value(t=-6.5
