制造企业数字化转型能否助推研发投入跳跃?——基于非参数分位数面板的实证研究  被引量:6

摘  要:基于2010—2020年制造业上市企业数据,利用文本分析法构建数字化转型指标,结合理论机制分析并使用非参数分位数模型实证检验制造企业数字化转型对研发投入跳跃的非线性异质化影响,结果发现:企业数字化转型对研发投入跳跃存在非线性影响,数字化转型程度提高能够显著影响研发投入跳跃。企业数字化转型在不同分位点处存在异质性影响,随着研发投入跳跃水平,提高企业数字化转型从负向影响逐渐转变为正向影响。通过细分样本分析发现,相较于国有企业,非国有企业数字化转型对研发投入跳跃的促进作用更显著;相较于营业收入增长率较低企业,营业收入增长率较高企业数字化转型对研发投入跳跃的影响更显著;相较于成长型企业,成熟型企业数字化转型对研发投入跳跃的影响更显著;相较于东部地区企业,中西部地区企业数字化转型对研发投入跳跃的促进作用更显著。结论可为企业突破核心技术瓶颈,合理制定数字化转型策略提供重要理论参考。The leap in R&D investment helps enterprises adjust their innovation strategies based on their business model and advantages of products,and it improves both enterprises’innovation capability and R&D efficiency.Thus,the leap in R&D investment has attracted academic attention.Most of the existing literature focuses on the important factors enhancing firms'innovation capability and R&D investment,and they are usually financing constraints.In addition,the great majority of scholars believe that alleviating the financing constraint plays an important role in boosting firms'R&D investment.However,to achieve a substantial R&D promotion effect(integration of quantity and quality),both the access to finance and the enterprise's own support for technology should be considered.It is well-accepted that digital transformation provides new R&D resources,such as data value and digital technologies to enterprises,which can have a positive effect on the leap of enterprise R&D investment by increasing R&D motivation as well as R&D technology innovation in most cases.Drawing on the data of listed manufacturing enterprises from 2010 to 2020,this paper makes a text analysis to construct digital transformation indicators,and then it combines theoretical mechanism analysis and uses non-parametric quantile regression model to empirically test the non-linear heterogeneous impact of the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises on R&D investment leap.The results show that(1)there is a non-linear impact of digital transformation of enterprises on R&D investment leap,gradually and significantly affecting the R&D investment leap;(2)the digital transformation of enterprises has different impacts at different quantile levels,and with the improvement of the leap level of enterprise R&D investment,the negative impact of digital transformation has gradually been shifted to positive promotion;(3)through the analysis of subdivided samples,it is found that the digital transformation of non-state-owned enterprises plays a greater role in
