摘 要:交通事故特别是人车碰撞事故造成的人员伤亡巨大。为提高汽车被动安全性,设计了汽车气囊式行人保护装置,分别对行人头部与汽车前挡风玻璃、外置安全气囊进行碰撞仿真分析,结果表明,无气囊条件下头部头部损伤指标(HIC)为2 123,有气囊条件下HIC值为845,因此,汽车气囊式行人保护装置能够有效降低行人头部伤害。使用AD软件设计了汽车气囊式行人保护装置硬件电路,同时使用Proteus结合Keil进行电路仿真,通过仿真验证了安全气囊能够在特定条件下成功触发。Traffic accidents,especially pedestrian-vehicle collisions cause significant human casualties.In order to enhance passive safety in automobiles,a vehicle airbag-based pedestrian protection device has been designed.Collision simulation analyses are conducted on the impacts between pedestrian heads and the vehicle's windshield and external airbags.The results show that the head injury criterion(HIC)without airbags is 2123,while it reduced to 845 with airbags.Therefore,the vehicle airbag-based pedestrian protection device can effectively reduce head injuries in pedestrians.The hardware circuit of the device is designed using Altium Designer(AD)software,and the circuit simulation is conducted using Proteus and Keil software,and the simulation verified that the safety airbag can be successfully triggered under specific conditions.
