摘 要:主减速器是汽车车桥传动系统中降速增扭的关键部件,而主减速器的主要部件为主减速器壳总成,其合装件差速器轴承盖有安装轴承及定位的功能,但差速器轴承盖定位销轴长期存在振纹现象。文章介绍了一种主减速器壳总成的差速器轴承盖定位销轴加工振纹消除的解决方案,从刀具结构、切削参数、工装等方面进行改进,彻底消除了加工振纹,有效降低了废品率,提高了产品质量。The main reducer is the key component of reducing speed and increasing torque in the automobile axle transmission system,and the main component of the main reducer is the main reducer shell assembly,and the differential bearing cover of the assembly has the function of installing bearings and positioning,but the phenomenon of vibration of the positioning pin of the differential bearing cover exists for a long time.This paper introduces a solution to eliminate the machining vibration marks of the differential bearing cover positioning pin of the main reducer housing assembly.By improving the tool structure,cutting parameters,tooling,etc,the machining vibration marks are completely eliminated,the scrap rate is effectively reduced,and the product quality is improved.
