智媒体时代大学生思想政治教育面临的机遇、挑战及应对措施

摘　　要：随着信息技术迅猛发展,互联网技术迭代升级,一种利用人工智能和大数据技术重塑信息生产与传播过程的智媒体,正深刻改变着大学生思想政治教育生态。其以沉浸式感受、个性化体验、精准化推荐为特征,为思政教育注入精准、丰富、平等和无限的育人资源和渠道空间,但也带来了主流消解、流量至上、信息茧房、隐私泄露、社交恐惧等一系列难题与挑战。高质量推进大学生思想政治教育,需要辩证运用智媒体优势,坚持供给侧改革,精准设计教育内容;坚持需求侧驱动,精准开展教育画像;坚持家校社协同,精准提升智媒体素养;坚持智慧赋能,精准构建评估体系;最终实现在沉浸中共情、个性中共振、精准中共赢,从而全面提升大学生思想政治教育的吸引力和亲和力,提高针对性和实效性。With the rapid development of information technology and iterative upgrading of Internet technology,the intelligent media that use artificial intelligence and big data technology to reshape the process of information production and dissemination is profoundly changing the ecology of ideological and political education to college students.Characterized by immersive exposure,personalized experience and precise recommendation,the intelligent media bring about precise,rich,equal and unlimited educational resources and channels for ideological and political education,but also produce a series of problems and challenges such as mainstream cultural dissolution,online-tranfic-spike first,information cocoon,privacy disclosure,and social phobia.In order to promote the ideological and political education of college students with high quality,we need to take advantages of intelligent media dialectically,persist in the supply-side reform,precisely design the content for education;stick to the demand-side drive,precisely portray the educational images;cooperate with students’family,college and society to perfectly enhance intelligent media literacy;believe in intelligent empowerment to build an exact evaluation system;and finally achieve empathy in immersion,resonance in personality,accuracy in a win-win situation.All in all,we will comprehensively enhance the quality and effect of ideological and political education of college students.
