摘　　要：化学实验室管理是高校实验室管理的一个重要环节。基于EHS管理模式,立足民族地区地方高校实际情况,提出了“三个三”管理、“三个四”举措、“三个五”要素的实验室管理策略,为提高高校实验室管理水平,创造健康、安全、和谐的高校环境奠定基础。Chemistry laboratory management has always been the most important part of the university laboratory administration.Considering the actual situation of the ethnic local university,this paper puts forward the laboratory management ideas of three"3"s management,three"4"s measures,and three"5"s elements based on the famous EHS(Environment,Health,Safety)management mode.These ideas will lay the foundation for improving the level of university chemistry laboratory management and create a healthy,safe and harmonious university environment.
