新工科背景下现代产业学院的建构与实践路径研究

摘　　要：为培养适应经济社会发展需求的食品、制药专业本科生,许昌学院积极建设食品医药与健康产业学院(校级)。通过分析产业学院理论研究现状及实地走访调研,发现目前产业学院仍存在形式化、表面化等问题,产教融合层次低、形式松散,融不进去、深不下去的现象突出,提出解决目前困境的三个关键措施。通过组建科学合理的产业学院决策机构、实行股份制、建立董事会、加强内部管理机制增强综合管理效能、构建教学质量保障体系等举措,推动现代产业学院建设持续健康发展,建设深度融合、差异发展、资源整合的现代产业学院。通过不断探索,找到了一条适合地方应用型院校现代产业学院建设的路径,建立了一套适合地方应用型普通本科院校食品、制药专业学生培养的教学模式,为“许昌模式”注入了新的内涵。In order to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates in major of food and pharmacy,Xuchang College actively builds the college of food,medicine and health industry(university-level).Through the analysis of the current theoretical research situation of industry college and the field visits,it is found that at present,the problems such as the formalization and superficiality of industry college are relatively serious,the integration of industry and education is at a low level,the form is loose,and the phenomenon of integration and deepening is prominent.Three key issues to solve the current dilemma are proposed.The College of Food,Medicine and Health Modern Industry(university-level)has promoted the construction of industry college into a sustainable and healthy development and a modern industry college with deep integration,differential development and resource integration by establishing a scientific and reasonable decision-making body of industry college,implementing a shareholding system to establish a board of directors,strengthening the internal management mechanism,enhancing the effectiveness of comprehensive management,and building a teaching quality assurance system.Through continuous exploration,we will find a path suitable for the construction of industry college in local application-oriented universities,establish a path suitable for the cultivation of food and pharmaceutical students in local ordinary undergraduate universities,and inject new connotation into the"Xuchang Model".
