摘 要:为满足军队院校专业背景课程教学实践需求,锻炼提高学员的动手实践能力,设计了一种基于PLC的电机调速实验系统。为了提高潜艇净化风机、盘车马达及电动应急操舵等系统中交流电动机的动态性能,采用基于PLC模糊自适应PID控制变频调速方法,将速度检测传感器反馈的转速实际值和给定值相比较,将转速偏差及其变化率作为模糊控制器输入,通过建立模糊规则、模糊推理及反模糊化运算得出控制量,再由PLC将控制量通过USS协议传输至变频器驱动电动机实现转速的闭环控制。同时,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行系统仿真。结果表明,系统的动态性能得到改善,转速超调减小。该实验系统可以应用于PLC系统及电机控制相关算法的验证实验。In order to meet the teaching and practice needs of professional background courses in military academies and improve the practical ability of trainees,a motor speed control experiment system based on PLC is designed.In order to improve the purification of submarine fan,plate of horses and chariots and electric emergency steering system dynamic performance of the ac motor and fuzzy adaptive PID control based on PLC frequency control method,the speed detection sensor feedback speed compared the actual value and set value,speed error and its change rate as input of the fuzzy controller.The control quantity is obtained by establishing fuzzy rules,fuzzy reasoning and anti-fuzzification operation.PLC transmits the control quantity to the inverter driving motor through USS protocol to realize the closedloop control of speed.MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the system.The results show that the dynamic performance of the system is improved and the speed overshoot is reduced.The experiment system can complete the verification experiment of PLC system and motor control algorithm.
