摘  要:面对新一轮科技和产业革命带来的挑战,以及加快推进健康中国战略实施的新任务,国务院做出加快医学教育创新发展的决策部署,提出以新医科统领医学教育创新。在此时代背景下,从医学院校如何更新医学人才培养理念、重塑医学生培养模式、创新医学教育教学方法等方面,提出新时代培养高素质新医科人才的思考和实践探索,包括如何适应新学科、新专业建设需要,促进学科交叉,增设紧缺专业,利用信息技术创新教学模式,等等。为新时代医学院校加快医学教育创新发展提供参考和借鉴。In the face of the new challenges brought by the new scientific and technological revolution and the new task of accelerating the implementation of the Healthy China strategy,the State Council has made the decision and deployment of accelerating the innovative development of medical education and proposed that new medical sciences should lead the innovative development of medical education.In this context,this paper expounds the practical exploration of training high-quality new medical talents in the new era from the aspects of how medical colleges update the training concept of medical talents,reshape the training model of medical students,innovate the teaching methods of medical education,etc.,including how to adapt to the construction needs of new disciplines and new specialties,promote interdisciplinary development,add specialties in short supply,and use new information technology to innovate teaching mode hoping to provides reference for medical colleges to accelerate the innovation and development of medical education in the new era.
