摘 要:课堂教学创新是培养应用型人才的重要途径和手段。为了适应食品科学与工程专业和海洋资源开发技术专业应用型人才培养需求,提高课堂教学效果,进而提升学生的综合素质,进行了“食品检疫学”课程的相关教学探索与实践。在分析目前“食品检疫学”课堂教学困境的基础上,论述了开展“食品检疫学”课堂教学改革与创新的重要性与必要性,并针对性地开展了一系列摆脱困境的教学改革。经过教学团队的不断努力,教学效果明显提升,学生就业竞争力显著增强。The innovative reform in classroom teaching is an important way to cultivate applied talents.In order to meet the needs of training applied talents in food science and engineering and marine resources development technology major,to improve the effect of classroom teaching,and then to enhance the comprehensive quality of students,we have carried out the teaching practice and exploration related to Food Quarantine course.Based on the analysis of the current dilemma of Food Quarantine classroom teaching,we discussed the importance and necessity of carrying out the reforms,and a series of teaching reforms were carried out to get rid of the dilemma.Through the continuous efforts of the teaching team,the teaching effect has been notably improved,and the employment competitiveness of students has been significantly enhanced.
