摘　　要：基于区块链技术的电商企业C2B供应链管理模式具有广阔的应用前景和发展空间。通过加强技术研究和建立完善的机制,可以为电商企业提供更高效、更透明、更安全的供应链管理服务。文章主要探讨基于区块链技术的电商企业C2B供应链管理模式及其优化分析。首先,介绍电商企业C2B供应链运营模式。然后,详细阐述区块链技术在电商企业中的应用,包括物流管理、数据安全与共享、智能合约等。最后,提出针对现有问题的优化措施,如技术不成熟、数据隐私保护等,促进区块链技术在电商企业C2B供应链管理模式中的应用和发展。The C2B supply chain management model for e-commerce enterprises based on blockchain technology has broad application prospects and development space.By strengthening technological research and establishing sound mechanisms,e-commerce enterprises can be provided with more efficient,transparent,and secure supply chain management services.This paper mainly explores the C2B supply chain management model and optimization analysis of e-commerce enterprises based on blockchain technology.Firstly,the paper introduces the C2B supply chain operation model of e-commerce enterprises.Then,the paper elaborates on the application of blockchain technology in e-commerce enterprises,including logistics management,data security and sharing,smart contracts,etc.Finally,the paper proposes optimization measures for existing problems,such as immature technology and data privacy protection,to promote the application and development of blockchain technology in the C2B supply chain management model of e-commerce enterprises.
