摘　　要：随着全球化的加速发展和电子商务的蓬勃兴起,跨境电商物流领域正迎来前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。这一领域的快速扩展不仅推动了国际贸易的增长,也对物流专业人才提出更高的需求和新的能力要求。现代物流不仅涉及传统的运输、仓储和配送,还包括复杂的供应链管理、跨文化交流以及新兴技术的应用,如数据分析、物联网和人工智能。在这样一个快速变化的环境中,对具备专业技能和创新能力的物流专业人才的需求日益增长。因此,探讨提高跨境电商物流专业人才的培养质量,已成为教育和行业面临的重要任务。文章针对跨境电商物流专业人才培养质量提升对策展开研究,以期为物流教育领域人员提供参考。With the accelerated development of globalization and the flourishing of e-commerce,the cross-border e-commerce logistics field is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.The rapid expansion of this field not only drives the growth of international trade,but also puts forward higher demands and new capability requirements for logistics professionals.Modern logistics involves not only traditional transportation,warehousing and distribution,but also complex supply chain management,cross-cultural communication,and the application of emerging technologies such as data analysis,the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.In such a rapidly changing environment,the demand for logistics professionals with professional skills and innovative abilities is increasing.Therefore,exploring the improvement of the training quality of cross-border e-commerce logistics professionals has become an important task faced by the education and industry sectors.This paper conducts research on strategies to improve the quality of talent cultivation in cross-border e-commerce logistics,in order to provide reference for personnel in the field of logistics education.
