摘 要:OBE理念强调结果导向教育,关注学生实际需求和能力培养,是持续改进教育理念的过程。OBE教育模式改变了传统教育模式存在的诸多不足。文章以某学院高职物流管理专业为例,尝试探讨OBE理念下供应链管理课程在人才能力培养中的实践问题,从供应链运营人才能力框架(定义学习产出)、供应链管理课程在专业人才能力培养中的实施(实现学习产出)、面向供应链运营能力的课程评价方法的实施(评估学习产出)三个方面展开分析,通过优化课程设计、完善教学资源、加强实践教学环节的措施,以期能够有效促进高职教育中供应链管理课程的教学质量,为培养具备创新能力和实践精神的高素质人才提供有力支持。The OBE philosophy emphasizes result oriented education,focuses on the actual needs and ability development of students,and continuously improves the process of educational philosophy.The OBE education model has changed many shortcomings of traditional education models.The paper takes the logistics management major of a vocational college as an example to explore the practical issues of supply chain management courses in talent cultivation under the OBE concept.The paper analyzes from three aspects:the framework of supply chain operation talent capability(defining learning output),the implementation of supply chain management courses in professional talent capability cultivation(achieving learning output),and the implementation of course evaluation methods for supply chain operation capability(evaluating learning output).Measures are taken to optimize course design,improve teaching resources,and strengthen practical teaching.This aims to effectively promote the teaching quality of supply chain management courses in vocational education,and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality talents with innovative abilities and practical spirit.
