摘 要:针对井下矿用四驱电动运料车续航里程不足的情况,对影响因子滑转率进行研究,通过对驱动电机的电压、电流、编码器等参数进行计算,实时识别出四驱电动运料车的最优滑转率,然后根据实际道路情况,通过模糊控制器将车辆的滑转率控制在最优滑转率附近,最后通过软件进行了仿真。结果表明,该模糊控制器能够将实际滑转率控制在最优滑转率附近,降低不必要的轮胎摩擦损耗,实现节能目的,为解决井下四驱电动运料车续航里程不足问题提供了新的解决方案。Aiming at the insufficient range of underground mining four-wheel drive electric material carrier,the influencing factor slip rate was studied.By calculating the voltage,current,encoder and other parameters of the driving motor,the optimal slip rate of the four-wheel drive electric material carrier was identified in real-time.Then,based on the actual road conditions,the slip rate of the carrier was controlled near the optimal slip rate using a fuzzy controller.Finally,simulation was conducted using software.The results show that the fuzzy controller can control the actual slip rate near the optimal slip rate,reduce unnecessary tire friction loss,achieve energy-saving goals,and provide a new solution for solving the problem of insufficient range of underground four-wheel drive electric material carrier.
