摘  要:煤矿用掘进机行走部多采用液压马达驱动行走减速器,并带动驱动轮旋转,驱动轮带动履带链进行行走。履带链多采用整体式履带板,履带板在工作时承受整机的重量,在实际工作中受到比较恶劣的工作载荷,容易出现损坏。基于ANSYS Workbench对EBZ260型掘进机行走履带板进行结构性能分析,为重型履带行走机构设计提供一定的理论依据。The walking part of roadheader used in coal mines mostly uses hydraulic motors to drive the walking reducer,which drive the driving wheels to rotate,and the driving wheels drive the crawler chain for walking.Crawler chains often use integral crawler shoes,which bear the weight of the entire machine during operation and are prone to damage due to harsh working loads in the actual work.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the structural performance analysis of EBZ260 type roadheader walking crawler shoe was conducted,which provides a certain theoretical basis for heavy-duty crawler walking mechanisms.
