摘 要:科学实施养护可延长路面使用周期,减少寿命周期费用,使路面保持良好的使用性能。关于养护过程规划与决策的相关研究逐渐增多,而不同养护措施的最佳实施时机存在差异,对于实施时机的把控尤为重要。文章通过调研铣刨重铺(XC)、超薄磨耗层(X)、超级微表处(W)、含砂雾封层(H)4种不同养护措施的实施效果,分析路用性能衰变速度与养护措施实施时间的关系,建立不同时间实施养护措施后的PCI衰变模型,计算不同养护措施下的最佳养护时机和费用效益比,得出最佳养护时机分别为:铣刨重铺(XC)8~9年,超薄磨耗层(X)6~7年,超级微表处(W)6~7年,含砂雾封层(H)4~5年。The scientific implementation of maintenance can prolong the service life of the road surface,reduce the life cycle cost,and maintain good operation performance of the road surface.The correlational research on the maintenance process planning and decision-making gradually increases,and the optimal implementation timing of different maintenance measures is different,therefore,it is particularly important to control the implementation timing.The relationship between the degradation rate of road performance and the implementation time of maintenance measures is analyzed by the investigation and survey of the implementation effects of four different maintenance measures like milling and resurfacing(XC),ultra-thin wear layer(X),super micro-surface treatment(W),and sand-mist sealing layer(H),thePCI decay model after the implementation of maintenance measures at different time is established,and the optimal maintenance timing and cost-benefit ratio under different maintenance measures is calculated,so as to obtainthe optimal maintenance timing as follows:milling and resurfacing(XC)for 8-9 years,ultra-thin wear layer(X)for 6-7 years,super micro-surface treatment(W)for 6-7 years,and sand-mist sealing layer(H)for 4-5 years.
