摘 要:制备9组不同粒径组合的铝粉和硼粉高能燃烧剂,利用红外热成像、水下爆炸、爆速测量与扫描电镜实验等方法,探究了粒径差异对高能燃烧剂能量特性的影响。结果表明:铝粉粒径1μm与硼粉粒径500 nm组合时,燃烧峰值温度最高,达到1310.9℃。在该粒径组合下,水下爆炸的峰值压力亦达到最大,为0.476 MPa。此外,该粒径组合还实现了最高爆速,为431 m/s。电镜扫描发现,由1μm铝粉、500 nm硼粉与硝酸钾制成的高能燃烧剂经过超声震荡后整体分散比较均匀,但存在些许团聚现象。研究结果有助于优化高能燃烧剂的配方设计。By preparing high-energy combustion agents with 9 different combinations of aluminum powder and boron powder with different particle sizes,and using experiments including infrared thermography,underwater explosion,detonation velocity measurement and scanning electron microscopy,the influence of particle size difference on the energy characteristics of high-energy combustion agents was investigated.The results showed that when the aluminum powder with a particle size of 1μm was combined with the boron powder with a particle size of 500 nm,the peak combustion temperature was the highest,reaching 1310.9°C.Underwater explosion also reached the maximum peak pressure of 0.476 MPa in the same particle size combination.In addition,with this particle size combination,the highest detonation velocity of 431 m/s was also achieved.Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the high-energy combustion agent made from 1μm aluminum powder,500 nm boron powder,and potassium nitrate was relatively uniformly dispersed after ultrasonic agitation,but there was some agglomeration.The research results are helpful for optimizing the formulation design of high-energy combustion agents.
