摘　　要：计量标准考核是国家相关主管部门对计量标准的测量能力进行综合评定的方式,通过此标准进行量值传递资质的确认以及考核。计量保障考核是基于标准要求,对测量能力的综合评价。分析在计量标准考核中常见的问题,综合不同问题探究成因以及优化措施,可以有效地提高计量标准考核的效果。基于此,文章重点分析了计量标准考核要点,了解了考核中常见的问题,探究了计量标准考核、稳定性考核以及期间核查的特征、计量标准以及重复性考核等相关重要内容以及手段,以供参考。The assessment of measurement standard is a way for the relevant national competent departments to comprehensively assess the measurement ability of measurement standard,and validate and assess the qualification of quantity value transmission by using this standard.The measurement guarantee assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of the measurement ability based on the standard requirements.Analyzing the common problems in the assessment of measurement standard and exploring the causes and optimization measures of different problems can effectively improve the effect of measurement standard assessment.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the key points of measurement standard assessment,understands the common problems in the assessment,and explores the characteristics of measurement standard assessment,stability assessment and intermediate check,as well as measurement standard and repetitive assessment and other related important contents and means,for reference.
