摘　　要：本文主要研究敏捷过程中IT项目范围管理的实践和应用。通过一系列实验研究,总结了敏捷过程中IT项目范围管理的实践经验和启示,并探讨了未来敏捷过程中IT项目范围管理的研究方向。本文旨在提供一些指导和帮助,以便敏捷过程中的IT项目范围管理能够更好地实践和应用。This paper mainly investigates the practice and application of IT project scope management in agile processes.Through a series of experimental studies,this paper summarizes the practical experience and enlightenment of IT project scope management in agile process,and discusses the research direction of IT project scope management in future agile process.The purpose of this paper is to provide some guidance and help for better practice and application of IT project scope management in agile processes.
