摘 要:通过产教融合模式可优化高等职业学校教育,以满足技能密集型人才的需求。首先详细分析了产教融合的核心要素,通过与企业的合作伙伴关系,高校能更好地理解市场需求,提供实际培训,培养具备实际技能和创新能力的人才。实践性教育强调学生将理论知识应用于实际问题,提高他们的就业竞争力;跨学科合作则促使学生在解决问题时具备综合性思维和创新能力。最后,持续评估和改进教育模式是确保产教融合育人平台持续有效的关键,通过与产业界合作伙伴的协作和教师的持续专业发展,高校能够及时调整课程内容,适应变化的市场需求。Optimizing higher vocational education through the integration of industry and education aims to meet the demands for skill-intensive talents.This study first comprehensively analyzes the core elements of industry-education integration.By establishing collaborative partnerships with enterprises,higher education institutions can better understand market demands,provide practical training,and cultivate individuals with practical skills and innovative capabilities.Emphasizing experiential education underscores the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world problems,enhancing students’competitiveness in the job market.Interdisciplinary collaboration encourages students to develop comprehensive thinking and innovative abilities when tackling challenges.Lastly,continuous assessment and improvement of educational models are crucial to ensuring the sustained effectiveness of the industry-education integrated educational platform.Through collaboration with industry partners and ongoing professional development for educators,institutions can promptly adjust curriculum content to adapt to evolving market needs.
