摘 要:当前建筑市场竞争日益激烈,施工企业盈利空间不断减小;加之社会的经济形态影响,在激烈的建筑市场竞争中,企业面临着巨大生存与发展压力。为有效降低项目管理成本,提高企业利润空间,企业必须加强招投标阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段的全过程成本管控工作。本文结合案例项目的CFG桩施工,探讨当下EPC项目的成本控制,以便更好地降低EPC项目总成本,增加利润。At present,the competition in the construction market becomes increasingly fierce,and the profit margin of construction enterprises is gradually decreasing,coupled with the influence of social and economic forms,enterprises are facing huge pressure for survival and development in the fierce competition in the construction market.In order to effectively reduce project management costs and improve enterprise profit margins,enterprises must strengthen the whole-process cost control in the bidding stage,design stage and implementation stage.Combined with the CFG pile construction in the case project,this paper discusses the cost control of the current EPC project,so as to better reduce the total cost of the EPC project and increase the profit.
