商业画布视角下众包翻译平台商业模式研究——以Y网为例

摘　　要：基于商业模式画布理论,构建众包翻译平台Y网的商业模式画布模型,解析其商业模式九大要素。研究发现,Y网以市场需求为导向,以网络平台为基础,具有面向客户的价值主张、明确的客户细分、良好的客户及合作伙伴关系、畅通的渠道通路、丰富的关键资源,实现了翻译需求方和供给方在线精准匹配和网络聚集效应。文章为描述和评估众包翻译平台商业模式提供了可视化视角,可为众包翻译平台的构建和发展提供参考。Based on the business model canvas theory,this study has built the business canvas model of crowdsourcing translation platform"Y.com",and has analyzed the nine elements of the business model in detail."Y.com"is a market-oriented platform based on the internet,providing customer-oriented value proposition,clear customer segmentation,good customer partnership,smooth channel,and effective resources.This platform has achieved accurate matching and network aggregation effect between translation clients and suppliers.This study proposes a new perspective for describing and evaluating the business model of crowdsourcing translation platform,and updates people's understanding of the construction and development of crowdsourcing translation platform.
