摘  要:为解决静压造型线上型人工扎吹气眼孔作业工作量大、效率低且存在人为因素导致的作业缺陷等问题,提出了自动化改进方案。该方案包括扎吹机器人替代人工操作、视觉系统检测气眼孔并引导机器人作业、定位系统确保砂箱准确定位、电气控制系统协调整个系统作业,并引入安防系统保障维护人员安全。在国内某知名铸造企业造型线上的测试结果证明:自动化系统显著提高了生产的规范性和生产效率,满足生产节拍85箱/h的工艺要求,同时有效规避了人为因素带来的作业缺陷。In order to solve the problem that manually puncturing and blowing venting holes of HWS molding line had heavy working load and low efficiency,as well as,had human factor-caused defects,automatization improving scheme was proposed.The scheme included using puncturing and blowing robot to replace manual operation,the visual system detectd the venting holes and guided the robot operation,the positioning system ensured accurate positioning of the molding box,the electrical control system coordinated the operation of the whole system,and introduced the security system to ensure the safety of the maintenance personnel.The test results on the molding line of a well-known domestic casting enterprise proved that the automated system significantly elevated the production normalization and production efficiency,met process requirement of production tact of 85 molds/h,at same time,effectively prevented human factor-caused operation defects.
