摘 要:田径短跑项目是以磷酸原系统和糖酵解系统供能为主的无氧运动。糖作为最基本的能源物质,在运动过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。为了提高运动员的运动能力、稳定血糖水平、延缓疲劳出现时间,进而取得优异的运动成绩,对补糖的时间、类型及方式进行科学合理的安排是必要的。该文将针对补糖的时间、类型及方式对机体运动能力的影响进行综述,旨在为田径短跑运动的科学补糖提供建议。The sprint event in track and field is an anaerobic sport which is mainly powered by the phosphogenic system and the glycolysis system.As the most basic energy substance,the carbohydrate plays a vital role in the process of exercise.In order to improve the athletic ability of athletes,stabilize their blood sugar levels,delay their onset time of fatigue,and then achieve excellent sports results,it is necessary to scientifically and reasonably arrange the time,type and way of carbohydrate supplementation.This paper will review the effects of the time,type and way of carbohydrate supplementation on the body's exercise ability,aiming at providing suggestions for scientific carbohydrate supplementation in the sprint event in track and field.
